Entrance is just a little hard to find, there are a few discreetly placed indicators, but just look for a balcony with lights on it and head on up. If caught just inquire one of the stalls who will level you in the right path.Very good spot to do people today looking at from the mid rooftop level bar. Went in this article to observe sunset as well.
